She is a Certified Trainer/Mediator, and the Founder and CEO of AMD International Business Services Limited. Mrs Diaz conceptualizes, design and delivers programmes specific to the needs of clients.

Mr. Ralph LeGendre is currently a Senior Lecturer in Social Work at College of Science Technology and Applied Arts of Trinidad and Tobago (COSTAATT). Mr. LeGendre is also the Social Services director of Help and Restoration for Families (HRFF), an NGO in Princes Town. Mr. LeGendre has provided training for: Ministry of Social Development; the BARCAM; Ministry of Sport and Youth Affairs; Voice of One-Overcomers Club, and given talks at various secondary schools in the southern region.
